Last thursday, about 20 minutes before closing I came in and I had a issue with trying to print a packing label. The lady was very nice and tried to help me out. When this didn't work, I had to leave and get it printed out. I got back about 2 minutes before closing. The door was welcoming and open. The lady was there and seem glad that I was able to figure it out. Not only did she patiently serve me even though it was past her working hours, she also took time to wrap the package carefully and added a lot of extra tape to secure it. It was so nice to have such great customer service!

I paid $80.35 for Priority Mail Express International because my document was very important and urgent. I work hard every day, and this is my hard-earned money.
The service was presented as 3–5 business days, so I trusted USPS. I could have chosen DHL or UPS even if they cost more, but I believed a United States government service would be reliable.
Now it has been over 3 weeks and my document is still in transit. This is not “express” service.
When I called customer service, they apologized and told me to request a refund. They opened a case for me, but later I received an email saying they will not return my money.
There was no clear disclosure that my Back home is not eligible for a delivery guarantee or refund. After all this delay, USPS is still refusing to return my money.
This feels very misleading. Customers pay a premium price expecting fast service, but when it fails, there is no accountability.
Very disappointing experience. I want my hard-earned money PLEASE

I gotta say, this location has stepped it up. I moved here 3 years ago and they’re on top of it now! John Paul specifically made sure to contact me when I called to bring situations to attention! They’re quick to notify and help you feel secure with USPS.

This post office is great. The clerks are hard working and polite. I go nearly every day to this station, to mail parcels with prepaid labels (our home business) and if I do need to stand in line for help, it’s usually always quick and easy. I use the Dropbox 90% of time and rarely have an issue. Thanks postal employees, you’re doing great!
