The location is convenient for me personally and they typically have a cheery and fun holiday/seasonal atmosphere. Really appreciate all the staff but several times Melissa has gone just totally above and beyond having the best attitude and exhibits patience and empathy without compromising efficiency and professionalism. Thanks!

They didn’t lock the door properly so I was able to walk in and I didn’t think anything of it because I was under the impression that they were open. When I walked in at 12:20 they rudely told me they were closed and treated me like a criminal trespassing. I suggested they update the hours on their website and they just pointed to a sign next to the door. Terrible attitude and blamed me for their errors.
