I checked back in today on the status I was told there was no record of me being in there to get this done. Mean while I have very important documents just sitting in my mail box waiting on me that I need access to immediately. I spoke to a manager about my dissatisfaction this gentlemen appeared to not care about what had happened. Then told me he would reach out to maintenance and try to get me pushed to the front of the list but he sounded extremely unsure of being able to do that. I didnt get a sorry this happened or anything they were a little rude and had zero customer support skills. I was in there for a very important reason with my child who was getting very impatient about waiting in there with me. Customer support is not hard not everybody is a lier and understanding and compassion goes a long way
