I paid an outrageous amount for 2-day shipping to send an important item, and guess what? The package NEVER EVEN SHIPPED. The tracking number they gave me didn’t work, and when I called the store, the employees just shrugged it off, repeating the same useless line: “We’re a franchise store, we can’t do anything.” What kind of business takes your money and then refuses to take responsibility? I wasted hours trying to track down my package, calling customer service, being transferred back and forth, and getting zero help. This store doesn’t even deserve one star. It’s beyond disappointing—it’s infuriating. Save yourself the stress and frustration. Use literally any other service but UPS.
