I went in to return an amazon package. A simple process that I have performed numerous times in the past. It was in a box, but not taped. The guy at the counter refused to take the package because it was not packaged properly. I nicely asked him if he could supply tape, which he responded with "that will be one dollar". I had stated that it was a piece of tape, couldn't he just apply it for free? Which he responded with "I run a business, not a charity". The guy sat there and argued with me for over one minute, during this time, he was incredibly rude. I asked for his name, which he responded with "what is your name" multiple times. He finally handed me a business card with "Tyler Adams, owner/operator". He told me that he "owned the business, and nobody can tell him what to do". As I said above, this is the worst customer service that I have ever received. The guy was rude and aggressive. I called customer service to file a formal complaint. Stay away from this business!
