  I went to this store to return 2 items. A young man with dark hair begin to wait on me. I had my returns pulled up on my phone . He asked me questions and to do things on my phone I didn't understand. I told him I didn't understand what he wanted and tried to hand him my phone to help me. He just kept repeating what I needed to do. After 10 or so minutes I finally got it. The second item screen was different. I kept telling him I didn't understand trying to have him show me.I tried for over 10 or so minutes to figure it out and couldn't. I repeadly tried to show him my phone for help but he become obviously inpatient with me and kept repeating himself. Then he ask me to step aside and find what I needed so he could wait on customer behind me. I am 62 years old and am not technically proficient. I was so embarrassed so I told him he wasn't very helpful and he was being rude. He informed he wasn't being rude. I told him all I wanted was help and he kept saying he told me what to do. I told him I didn't understand. He kept talking and I also told him he could be more helpful. At one point we were both talking and he said loudly ...." Do not interrupt me!" I ask him how much I owed for first package . I gave him a 5 took my other package and left. I went to my car and cried. A bolnd girl with oval glasses was behind the dark haired boy ,telling me I was being disruptive. Yes, I raised my voice but was in no way "Disruptive!" I have read the reviews on this establishment and I highly believe your employees need your attention! Especially, this young man. No name tag so do not know his name. However....I have been in there before and a tiny little dark haired girl with glasses waited on me and she always was kind and so very helpful. As I said I am a 62 year old ladyand last I knew customer service meant HELPING THE CUSTOMER, not demeaning them......regardless of their age. I will in the future go elsewhere as I see others feel the same. I hope you address this boy with the dark hair. I was in there today around noon!

  UPS is the best place to ship larger items or anything you don't want damaged or lost. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Way better shipping prices than FedEx or USPS.

  Arrived 5 minutes prior to store close which I understand can be annoying. I’m a single mom and do not live near a UPS store to make returns possible very often. I made the 25 minute trip and was able to return 1 of 2 items. Because one of my items required me to purchase a $2 package. They said “no, registers closed.” And would not let me return my item during the remaining minutes of the stores open business hours.
