He asked me questions and to do things on my phone I didn't understand. I told him I didn't understand what he wanted and tried to hand him my phone to help me. He just kept repeating what I needed to do. After 10 or so minutes I finally got it. The second item screen was different. I kept telling him I didn't understand trying to have him show me.I tried for over 10 or so minutes to figure it out and couldn't. I repeadly tried to show him my phone for help but he become obviously inpatient with me and kept repeating himself. Then he ask me to step aside and find what I needed so he could wait on customer behind me. I am 62 years old and am not technically proficient. I was so embarrassed so I told him he wasn't very helpful and he was being rude. He informed he wasn't being rude. I told him all I wanted was help and he kept saying he told me what to do. I told him I didn't understand. He kept talking and I also told him he could be more helpful. At one point we were both talking and he said loudly ...." Do not interrupt me!" I ask him how much I owed for first package . I gave him a 5 took my other package and left. I went to my car and cried. A bolnd girl with oval glasses was behind the dark haired boy ,telling me I was being disruptive. Yes, I raised my voice but was in no way "Disruptive!" I have read the reviews on this establishment and I highly believe your employees need your attention! Especially, this young man. No name tag so do not know his name. However....I have been in there before and a tiny little dark haired girl with glasses waited on me and she always was kind and so very helpful. As I said I am a 62 year old ladyand last I knew customer service meant HELPING THE CUSTOMER, not demeaning them......regardless of their age. I will in the future go elsewhere as I see others feel the same. I hope you address this boy with the dark hair. I was in there today around noon!
