- SWStephen WebbJun 28, 20241.0Any time we have to talk to the lady that's in there, she is extremely unpleasant and also very unhelpful. We have had mail lost as well as mail placed in the wrong boxes. Terrible service.
- KSKathy SmithOct 10, 20231.0The people that work there give 0 cares if you get your mail. They constantly send back parcels that are even addressed correctly. I have had W2's sent back, credit and debit cards sent back, my tax forms sent back. And their initials were on it to approve it being returned to sender even though I had my P.O Box on it. Lakin really needs new postal workers, those 2 in there now are petty and have really bad attitudes. I end up with other people's mail in my mailbox. It's not like we have thousands of people to sift through here. If I never had to deal with them, I would not.
