- TTTeah ThompsonMar 12, 20251.0If I could give this is zero I would your automated system absolutely sucks. It is ridiculous. The system will not allow you to talk to an actual person. It gave me the runaround for 20 minutes and then hung up on me because it wouldn’t let me talk to a person it kept telling me I needed a tracking number which I have and it wouldn’t allow me to give. I want to talk to a human to find out why according to your tracking my package was here and then sent to another town and it was never delivered to me. I never received a notice of attempted delivery and I can’t talk to a human to find out what’s going on. You suck and I hope y’all get shut down too
