Sara, per usual, is amazing. A line of customers and she's sure to greet each one and it's no stress. She keeps it flowing and easy!! We love her. P.S. might look at later Saturday hours due to the busyness.

I have lived in Kechi, KS for 18 months and on several occasions have received mail addressed to people who don't live here. As if the change of address (COA) that I have on file is not sufficient, I taped a 3x3 PINK note in my mail box with the message 'Please only deliver mail with the last name of...', but I continue to get 1st Class mail addressed to other people. I realize that the sender is ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the address on the letter/package, and that the only responsibility of the USPS is to deliver the letter to where it is addresses, but cummon, when I put a PINK note in my box that explicitly states who lives here, don't put mail in my box that does not match mine. This is a dis-service to the people this mail is intended for and an inconvenience to me as I have to walk the mail back to the box. Yes, the mail has my address on it, but the name of the person on the mail does not live here. It is the responsibility of the mail carrier to know who lives at each address. I understand that substitute carriers are asked to deliver mail on routes where they don't know the names of the customers, which is why I took the initiative to help the subs by taping the PINK note in my box. On March 18, 2017, I called and spoke to the Post Master, but his initial focus was on making excuses and arguing the definition of 'Miss-Delivered' mail rather than appreciating me for informing him of an ongoing issue and caring enough to look at this issue as a possible topic of conversation at his next staff meeting. I view this ongoing lack of attention to detail as being the responsibility of the Post Master to fix in order to help protect the sanctity of the mail. I carried mail for 10 years and I expect the same level of service that I provided..maybe that's asking for too much. I tried my best to get mail to the correct people vs just to the correct address and the Post Master I worked for did not make excuses when a customer informed him of an 'ongoing' issue.
