We asked to hold out mail and to pick up what has been delivered to our address already. They can't find the hold paperwork now. WHAT? We are now at three weeks with no mail and they never picked the stuff from the mailbox. My son is a cancer patient and the hospital sends out appointment reminders and other important information to us in the mail. So how long can it take to change a lock and give us the key to the mailbox? This is absolutely ridiculous.
