I called their direct line today about a package that got marked "on hold at customer's request" yesterday. I made no such request. The woman who answered explained that it probably got sent with the wrong carrier and marked incorrectly when brought back. And that it was almost certainly with my carrier today. She was right! It's truly an understandable human error, and she was so polite about it. In fact, everyone has been polite in this post office when I've gone in - even if they seemed a bit tired. This includes one woman who matches a description in several negative reviews. Treat people like human beings that are doing the best they can and maybe you'll have a better experience.
