You guys hold the record for the worst mail industry in America and I think you hold that proudly because you’ve never fixed anything that’s ever been bad in the years that I’ve had things go through your area. I always lose my packaging number so nothing ever gets tracked once it’s at ur location. Your guys’s location always wants to keep my packages for two or three days for no reason you’ve gotta be the worst office seeing all the other reviews. They need to completely gut this office and clean it out you guys have been bad at your jobs for a very long time.

Carol went above and beyond for my package! He’s was pleasant and was a big help! The older black lady up front isn’t that pleasant but did help finish up with me picking up my package.

66101 carrier was subbing for the 66103 carrier and put a retrieval notice in my 66103 mail box to pick up a box. The notice had the 66101 address. I went to the 66101 office and the clerk said it wasn’t there and to check the 66103 office. I went to the 66103 office and got my box. The 66101 carrier did not use the 66103 notices for the area he was subbing for. The 66101 carrier used the notice from his assigned route. I’m glad the carrier did not fall asleep at the wheel that day!
