Instead of it going to my local post office, they sent it an hour away to the Topeka distribution center. It sat there for 2 days and now it’s at the KCMO distribution center, with zero indication of when it will arrive at my house. WHYYYY????
- MFMercedes FogleFeb 6, 20251.0This location is by far the worst! Every single time I have to deal with this distribution center my packages are delayed. They sit there for days on end, for no legit reason whatsoever. They try to trick the system by rescanning it as “In Transit” every day to avoid corporate noticing packages sitting there for days and so when you call to complain the tracking process seems to be going smoothly so nothing can be done. The fact that there are so many reviews that say the same thing and no change has been made is ridiculous.

I'm part of a group on FB that also just recently posted concerns about their packages being stuck at this location. I want my package. This is unacceptable. It is 8 days late.
