- JCJay CobleJul 23, 20251.0My package has been sitting there for 4 days you guys could care less I don't know what kind of show you're running but isn't going to look good on you when someone who actually works for the postal service knows people who will investigate you do your job or you will lose it don't make someone come find all the packages y'all been stealing and everything being purposely damaged just so y'all don't have to deliver it. You are all considered federal workers get it together.

I attempted calling them today but sat on hold so long their system had to hang up on me. We know you have an app, you also have a job and a responsibility to the people who purchase your services. Do better.
- DHDanielle HillJun 27, 20171.0I can't even have packages delivered to me in a timely manner because they all come through Kansas City and get STUCK at this post office for AT LEAST A WEEK every single time. I'd probably be more patient about it if they would answer the phone so that I could at least know WHAT THEY'RE DOING THAT TAKES SO LONG. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that this POS place is only open for 3 hours a day. Each package that I'm supposed to get is estimated to be here within 2 business days, but doesn't because it spends 1-2 weeks at this place. I'm about to just start requesting FedEx when I order stuff online from now on. If I could, I'd just drive 2 hours to Kansas City and pick up my packages. It'd be much better than waiting weeks to receive them. I'll definitely be contacting the governor.
