    Incompetent workers. Want you to spend $10 when you ALREADY packaged item to send it back. Took it to the ups ins Shawnee and had 0 issues. They literally told me that’s not a rule and I could use my own mailers if they fit. Scammy and wasted so much time coming here.

    Pam was an excellent notary. I didn’t know UPS even offered the services. It was so much nicer than using a bank where they make it painfully hard. We got our copies and everything we needed in one stop.

    Would not recommend returning items here. I’ve never been pestered so much over a measly $30—especially after I said I didn’t care about the charge and just wanted to return the items whatever it took. Their company delivered a box in the rain, then acted like they were doing me a favor refusing to help me return it because it costs money to replace the box. The young guy seemed in over his head, and the two miserable women working with him clearly hated being there, making the whole experience for us even worse.

    Rude Karen behind the desk, I will not be back. Speaking to young people like myself in a hateful and condescending way is the quickest way to lose my business. I apologize for not being able to fluently speak "UPS" resulting in you not understanding what I was asking. I'll work on better understanding how shipping works while you should consider taking a customer service class.
