I don't know what's happened the past couple years, because this used to be a nice place to do business. Not anymore!! My parents have opted for a PO Box with them for 60 years instead of home delivery. And today they were denied their packages from FedEx and UPS, I even offered to pay postal fees and the Post Office opted to return them instead of hand them to me right there!!!
