- KGKenneth GardnerJan 31, 20265.0These people work very hard. Many of them are veterans. So give them a break. Would it be nice if they answered the phone? Of course. Was I pleased that my Christmas package went all the way around the world and came back to me because the guy at the counter didn't check my customs form? Not really. But there are a million little things they have to deal with every day. Try to work with them, not against them. Yes, mail service in Kansas is not great overall, but the JC post office is the best around.

But the dude that works the weekend flat out told us we have no mail when I get informed delivery and I have mail plus a package. And completely ignored me when I tried to stop him. This is NOT the first time he has done this. Hes constantly scared of my dog because they bark even when someone is outside to grab it from him. I dont know his name but hes extremely rude.
