- TETom EllisJan 10, 20255.0I love the Iola post office. The people who work there are kind and helpful, and I've never had a package lost or not been delivered. People who say they want to privatize the post office have no idea how lucky we are to have an institution we can depend on. Stamps, on the other hand, are far too expensive for the average person.

She explained to me where my packages might be and why they could be late. She even took the time to explain to me about poly mailers and the weights of the packages, and how they move thru the machines. This is very helpful infromation for future mailings. I can't say enough how much I appreciated her help and the time she spent explaining to me how things work during her busiest time of the year. Thank you!
