I have a front doorbell camera on my house. USPS guy who does the deliveries kept leaving notes on my door “failed attempt to contact for signature.” Yet you never made any attempts to obtain any signatures? You had the paper filled out before you even came up to my house so you never had any intentions of obtaining a signature. The guy did not knock, ring the doorbell, or even stay on the porch more than 3 seconds. That mail was very important and I had to wait 5 days and 3 attempts just for me to go to the post office and take time out of my day when you already were at my house and couldn’t even attempt to knock on my door or ring the doorbell, it’s all on camera. You come up already with the note filled out is just lazy and not doing your job properly. When I went in person they were more than friendly

I had an amazing experience here. I only had to drop off one package to be returned. I was in and out less than 15 seconds. Very nice customer service

The person that I talked with was helpful and fairly knowledgeable about the problem being addressed. Just wish that the upper management in Washington exhibited a modicum of foresight and a smidgen of the respect shown by truly professional postal workers on the "front lines".

I went to mail my packages and the lobby was closed by 4:30. I don't understand why they close this early when I have packages to ship out for my business. Not very happy with their service and hope they change their hours to better serve the community.
