Agent told me there was nothing that could be done without a confirmation number that my letter did not have. Guy had a bit of an attitude. I ask to speak to his supervisor. He argued with me that I did not need to speak to his supervisor. I had to ask 5 times to speak to his boss. Finally got put on hold for another 5 minutes. Find out the supervisor was as worthless. I'm having to call the local post office. But guess what, the phone number on the website gives me the same number I called last night. If Trump wants to drain the swamp, the postal service is a good target.
