Missing mail happens way to often! And now they make it impossible to report missing mail. Used to be as easy as tapping on the one that was missing in the informed Delivery.

Poor mail service I moved here last year and changed all my addresses to here ,and now the post office has stopped all the mail coming to my address,I called them twice now, tomorrow going there to figure out why they can't figure out that my mail has been sent back to the sender ,

I have had several damaged packages that had insurance; claim denied. They’ve delivered to the wrong box on multiple occasion. I just had an older lady that works the counter lie to my face about what a document said that sent to me by them over a claim. I had her read it three times(each time leaving out words) before she said it didn’t matter. Hot trash.

Went to find out why most of my mail was still being delivered to my old address since I moved 3 months ago and the new resident of my old address was now throwing my mail into the street they got me a supervisor quickly and hopefully with filling out a second change of address form this one will get to Wichita and they can stop delivering my mail to the wrong address

seems like no body there know how to do their job correctly. terrible service. was told by an employee they’re delivering today even though it is literally a sunday. i’ve had my mail delivered to completely different houses. McDonalds workers are smarter than these people. and could probably do their job 10x faster.
