Sounds like the person sitting in back should be up front. I’ll go to usps next time and spend the extra $ Edited Since now they want to argue: There was maybe 2 other customers at the time and all the employees were all over the place for sure need more training. ESPECIALLY in customer service. When I call to ask about my shipment I get a reply of “we don’t deal with shipping here” are you kidding me. Again. TRASH Customer service. Will be going to usps from now on. Also Mr. Bryan wasn’t even around so I’m sure this one of the bitchy girl behind the desk making these replies. These other reviews would agree with me. RUDE!
