  Filed back in February of this year and haven't had any communication since dropping off the taxes. Every time I try and call there's no answer and no return call either. Never had a problem until this year, wont be going back.

  Grandson took his taxes there early February, still don't know if they're done, or if they need more paperwork. He could use his money and some communication. They are not complicated taxes.

  Have left 5 voicemails regarding my 2021 filling that was done in March and never received a single return call back. We need to know what’s going on with the letter we received from IRS. A more timely response would have been appreciated. The issue has been resolved.
