Not sure what the actual times are for the open service window, but the lobby seems to be open 24x7 for mailboxes, getting shipping boxes, etc. Fun little trivia...you can find this location on main street of Herndon by looking for the bent flag poll that, by the way, has been bent for at least 30-40 years!
