- HPHailey PotterOct 22, 20252.0They always send a letter saying "sorry we missed you" instead of getting out of their vehicle and knocking on the door when it is certified mail that needs signage. I have been home 3-4 times and never once have they even attempted to knock. The lady that works inside the post office seems nice though.
