  3/9/26 at 5:50 PM I went in to mail a book for my grand daughter and was interrogated by a girl that looked 12. 1) why do you need to see my drivers license? I don’t need one to vote but do to mail a book? 2) is your drivers license correct? You’re reading my drivers license, does it not match the return address on my package? 3) would you like me to read all your options or start with the cheapest? Cheapest as it’s a book. $14 to send a pkg that weighed maybe 8 oz. I said I sent a package of gifts at Christmas and it was only $15. When I got back to my car, my girlfriend indicated you have to say send USPS. What!?!? If she’s going to start with the cheapest, than USPS needs the be mentioned as an option. That’s dirty business with terrible customer service. I’ll never visit this location again.

  There is no way anyone can justify having to show ID to mail a package. The excuse is "there was so much fraud....So we need to put you in our system." BS!! Its data collection to see to whom and where people are sending packages. Just use USPS.

  Excellent people. Went in this Sunday 2/15 with Amazon return. Had it all messed up. Lady straightened it out and seemed happy to do it. I'd have kicked me out. Nice there's decent folks out there.
