I work from home and was expecting a car title. USPS Driver out of the gardner location left a note in my mailbox saying they couldn’t reach me as I was not available at the time of attempted delivery! I expected driver to pull in my driveway, but nope they didn’t even try! Watched this from window of my front home office. Lazy lazy lazy!

I went to the post office because I was missing a small package they said they put in my mailbox. Basically they did nothing. I'm the only one with my mailbox key and my package was not there. I get other people mail all the time in my box, so when I suggested that the carrier placed it in the wrong box that was just unheard of.
A few days later I go back to the post office and as I enter in the bell rings, but no one came to the front. I hear people in the back talking, but still no one came to assist me. Another person comes in after me (a person whom did not look like me) and the guy immediately stopped chatting with whomever and came to the front and asked the other woman could he help her as if I wasn't standing there. I politely say I just need to mail this package. He says set it down over there. I asked can I have a receipt he told me to take my phone out and take a picture of the box. I said I didn't bring my phone and he said nothing. So after standing there looking silly I just said fine I thought you guys gave receipts. He said nope! I walked out and he started working with the other woman whom came in.
The customer service there is horrible and I can name a few other things but I rather not.
