The lady at the front desk says it should be here by the end of next week. This is a regular occurrence. I regularly get mail from AR and OK and it takes multiple weeks to receive. Hot garbage...

I can't get ahold of anyone at my local USPS and the customer service number is also impossible to speak to an actual person. I was trying to navigate their obnoxious phone system and was just hung up on. Why is it so difficult to get someone to do their job and help with the mail. If I can avoid sending or receiving something via USPS I always choose the other option. Absolutely terrible service all around!!
