- IKIsabella Krom3 days ago5.0I absolutely love this location. The staff here is truly top notch. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with kindness and professionalism. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer my questions. which I especially appreciate since I’ve been shipping often. Even when it’s busy, they stay calm, efficient, and friendly. It makes such a difference to have a local post office that feels welcoming and reliable. I’m so grateful for this team!

- IYIndeYah YahuJan 16, 20261.0I left the review at the wrong location thanks to Google and it's wrong answers all of the time. But now I finally found the correct Kansas City Kansas regional distribution center that is responsible for every package being delivered to me being late lost all the time. Every since I moved to Kansas 4 years ago every package that I have ordered to come to my address has been held up for days for no reason at the Kansas City Kansas regional distribution center. We as a people have more power than what we think we have. We need to stand to have this post office taken down completely. And I hate that the United States Post office has to be the main mail and package carrier for the United States citizens and they are protected from any lawsuits whatsoever. And I know for a fact it's set up that way because they know their delivery service is very shiesty. I am a person with health problems and have my medications mailed to me and I mean life-saving medications and I've been rushed to the hospital numerous times thanks to this post office constantly withholding my packages unnecessarily for days before delivering. I will continue to find a way to sue them before they kill me with their ridiculous negligence. I never hated anything as much as I hate USPS!

The lady at the front desk says it should be here by the end of next week. This is a regular occurrence. I regularly get mail from AR and OK and it takes multiple weeks to receive. Hot garbage...
