- AEAlexa EspinoAug 15, 20251.0the past 4 weeks they have failed to deliver my packages to the correct mailbox and i once even waited 3 weeks to get a package bc they delivered it to the wrong mailbox and the person who received it returned it to the office. even then they just put a pink slip in my mail box. today i was supposed to sign for a package and they never showed up and said they “missed me”on the tracking updates online but put a pink slip that was marked with “receptacle full/item oversized”. meaning they never showed up to my door to begin when i specifically PAID for them to do so. i have proof of all of this and cameras in my home that prove they never stepped foot at my door. i would give them negative stars if i could.

YOU LOST IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..I called many times to follow up and was told me that someone would call after 3 days but NOBODY called until yesterday when I called to follow up again and a rep told me that my package is lost, cannot be tracked😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 DO YOUR JOB WELL IF NOT QUIT. I am so disappointed and frustrated.
