Unfortunately, they need more employees to handle the increase in UPS services due to local UPS closing to public drop off and this resulted in 2/3 employees busy with UPS and not available to assist the 3 customers needing help

Today I get there after driving 80 miles and he basically does not want to help me. Kept saying it’s easy to do at home and he didn’t want to charge me all this money for what I needed done. I told him I don’t know much about computers so that’s why I was willing to pay for the services. He doesn’t seem to want to help. Steer clear of him.
