- TTTravis3 days ago1.0PLEASE fire the Caucasian, smaller looking woman with glasses behind the counter. She is extremely nonchalant and rude. Why is your greeting to someone “what’s up?” when they walk up to the counter?

There was maybe a hand full of people waiting and she proceeded to say “of course you bring all these other people in here (no idea who she was speaking too). I could go 3 days without customers and be happy doing nothing” then was told I couldn’t mail out some packages. Decided to just go off post. Terrible place and terrible staff especially the front lady blonde with glasses. Usps has never gave me trouble for having a shipping label made a day in my life at 5 different duty stations let alone one being over seas…. -10/10 if i could.

- JGJezel GuerraOct 24, 20251.0Terrible never gave or finished the correct paper work to fully forward our mail all because the lady hated her life and job and didn’t give my husband and well as other people in line the confirmation number so now we can’t track any mail we haven’t received and a package that was delivered to our old address and the 1800# can’t help us because the lady didn’t do her job correctly when mh husband knew he needed the number at the bottom and she rushed him out as well as the other people that day .. not like we can just drive all the way to Texas now to fix situation .. thanks for the headache
