They'd have plenty of time to answer calls if they didn't process all that junk mail we don't want but is forced upon us. This does not reflect on the local office. This is USPS ridiculous management. You know why they never have interns at major USPS facilities? They don't want students who actually understand business, logistics, distribution to interfere with how they do things.
