- AWairin wrenSep 6, 20241.0Called up there to inquire about a package I had received a notification for, stating that it had been dropped off at the office. I called the store to ask if it would be possible for me to pick up the item rather than wait to have it delivered due to the fact that i’d already been out and it would be nice to grab my package on the way home. Upon explaining this to the woman on the phone, she pauses and responds with, “Why, because you don’t want to wait for your package to be delivered?”. Why I need my package is none of your business. I figured one less package for a carrier would be helpful if nothing else. She was extremely rude upon answering the call and answering my question. According to other reviews aside from mine, others have experienced the poor customer service quality with who I would assume is the same individual or one alike. Obviously somebody needs to review proper customer service and satisfaction.

Absolutely no way to talk to a real person in my local Post Orfice over the phone to sort out a problem. No I didn't misspell it. I have a fantastic mail carrier hands down always willing to do a little extra without even asking. So she gets 5 Stars! But the phone system....jeez.
