- SBShari BakerApr 21, 20262.0Went in last Friday for passport and Photo and the lady there was absolutely so kind so nice and although couldn’t do my passport because the electric electricity was out which was not her fault she was just the sweetest. Went back today to get it done and there is a man in there very curt and not personable Not nice not customer service friendly. Don’t think I would recommend less the amazing young lady is there.

They've been especially helpful when a package was misdelivered to the intermodal, or when a package was stuck in a hub at the intermodal. The ladies there do so much for the community in how they look out for the citizens. I love knowing I will always be smiling when I leave the office.

She even upsold us on some really cool dinosaur stamps. Great customer service. Very polite and professional. Very efficient. 5 stars.
