The mail delivery person here is by far the worst, for 2 days last my out going mail was never picked up, I had to take it up and place it in the mail box down town. For the 3rd time in a month my app tells me what is to be delivered TODAY and nothing shows up and our doesn't even get delivered. On top of that I had the sheriff's office called on me because the mail that was put in my mailbox wasn't mine, so I delivered i delivered it to the right house scaring the poor woman so bad she called the sheriff dept, I explained everything to officer Maloney who completely understood and said he'd explain it to people.

This post office is by far the worst I’ve ever had to deal with.
They consistently mis-deliver items and packages, and have no idea what they are doing.
I received a damaged package on 6/12 and filed an online claim on 6/15. I received a letter from USPS stating that I needed to take my damaged items into the post office. So I did, the following day. The post office kept the items and sent me a receipt the following day.
Fast forward to today 7/17, I have now been into the post office 4 or 5 times to talk to the Post Master. He tells me nothing can be done except for calling the customer service number.
I have spent over three hours on the phone on hold for the lady at USPS to tell me that the Douglass Post Office did not send them what they needed to process my claim. She had to personally call them and tell them to send in the paperwork. (Apparently, due to COVID, no one is working in the offices, and they needed this to be sent electronically. You would expect a large national organization to communicate changes to one another, but they didn’t.)
Here I am, a month later with no resolution to my damaged package, thanks to the lack of communication from USPS and the Post Office failing to submit my paperwork.
I wish they would do something about this. I’ve complained multiple times about mis-delivery and nothing gets done.
