- BFBenjamin FranklinFeb 11, 20261.0Where to start?! Clerks often seem annoyed that we disturb them to do their job. Clerk Kyle talks crap about the carriers to customers, when upon investigation the carriers are the best part about this office. Management and carriers at this office make it seem like a new resident MUST move their mailbox to curbside vs by the front door. This is AGAINST their own POLICY. Google it. The customer must agree to move their mail delivery point. A lot Derby residents have been bamboozled. Management pushes this to save time, my mail was held until I put a box curbside. I became aware of this later. Supervisors are horrendous at this office. They just point the finger at the employees, IF you can get them to answer the phone. We are much better off talking with our mailman or woman to resolve issues, if you can catch them. I’ve heard the only standard they are given is how fast they should be getting done. Half of the carriers in Derby don’t even wear a uniform anymore. I remember long ago when the USPS was a trusted and beloved part of the US Government.

- EMElizabeth MillerOct 13, 20251.0Change banking hours and days that the office is open. Everyone works on Columbus Day and so should the office, if school is running so should they. It is absolutely ridiculous to me that the hours are the exact times that normal people go to work, how is anyone supposed to get what they need. People shouldn’t have to wait till Saturday for the measly 9-12 that they’re open.

I have found this location to be clean, the people have always been professional and helpful and it is easy to get in and out without issues.
