Today was the first day I had ever been into a UPS and I wasn’t pleased. My little sister is currently in basic training so we wanted to send her a little care package. Sounds easy, right? We had the layout for the label and everything yet the lady working was still VERY rude about how it needed to be printed. I unfortunately didn’t get her name but she was older, blond-ish hair, with glasses. She was even rude to her co-worker while he was helping us and didn’t answer she said “hello” which was very uncalled for and rude. Definitely don’t recommend!

It was quick and easy avoiding any small lines at busy times, but that is no longer an option. The good news is that they are quick and the line moves fast.

There was a sign on the door that they closed yesterday 18 Oct at 3:00 for system updates and will not open again until 20 Oct. It would have been nice if I had seen that notification before I wasted a trip. Can't they notify google maps ahead of time?

Will refer you to an 800 number if you need help filing a claim, but he couldn’t understand the Indian woman on the phone either, so turns out they can give you help. Don’t let this place give you bad info, they can file the claim for you and they are associated with UPS just like every other franchise.
