- ABA. N. B.Mar 7, 20195.0I love my Post Office. In a time when so many Post Offices have been shuttered, it's an absolute bloody blessing that we've still got hold of ours. Let's keep it that way! I've never had any problems getting my plethora of boxes, bags, and packages of all sizes delivered here, whether from Illinois, Indiana or from China or the United Kingdom. Heck, I've had things - heavy graphic novels - delivered, without problems, from Norway. Or was it Denmark? Meh, either way, this Post Office gets sh*t done competently, and I appreciate that greatly. For a rural postal service, the P.O. offers a nice range of options and prices, even Next-Day, I believe, if you hit 'me first thing in the morning. Two-Day is also available, if memory serves. (Don't expect any of this if the U.S. Postal Service were to be privatized. In fact, don't expect to continue to have a Post Office.) Remember, folks: frequent this Post Office with your business whenever you can! We're ridiculously lucky to have it, and I, for one, want to hang on to it long after my ashes have ridden the Kansas wind to wherever it takes me. 😚✉📨📫📬📮📦🇺🇸

We have learned to take outgoing mail to the post office as we've had it get missed picking up a couple days in a row a few times. But that's okay. We blessed to be on the mail route. Yet since we are, our mail should get picked up since it is a mailbox.
