- KKK.F.Apr 1, 20201.0The rural route carrier we have is horrible. Because our dog barks at him they will no longer even attempt to deliver packages to our door. Even when we are home. Two members of our household have spoke with the post master. She is rude and has done nothing. Have a neighbor on the same route that receives their packages in the pasture nowhere near their house. Multiple complaints filed but post master does nothing. When possible we ship to a family members home in the Coffeyville zip code.

We have just got our mail boxes replaced and have to get new keys but they did not give a notice until the day of so now I have to drive 10 dang miles one way to this post office to now get my new key so that I can get my mail. They are so lazy to not take the time to do things the right way and they can't even drive around the town because it is so poor I am about to move so that I can have a real mailbox with a mail carrier that comes to my home. I mean how lazy are all of them. They never deliver my packages to my home (lazyness) and everytime something is wrong I have to drive 10 miles again to get it fixed. I am so over this crappy place.
