  Best store for awesome help from Ashley and Hudson with knowledge of what to do to help me with my concern of a return. The owner also deserves five stars for a clean and very organized location with all of their staff being top shelf with a welcoming smile and ease of help. Thank you to all!!!

  I can’t say enough great things about this UPS Store! As a small business owner, I’m there almost daily shipping packages and purchasing boxes, and the experience is always excellent. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. My daughter often comes with me, and they always offer her a sucker. It may seem like a small gesture, but it absolutely makes her day and shows how thoughtful the team is. I also really appreciate how quick and easy the drop-off process is. It’s super convenient that they accept post office packages as well, which saves me from making an extra stop. Anytime I’ve asked about other services, they’ve been happy to provide different quotes and options without hesitation. Overall, the customer service is outstanding, and I truly appreciate having such a reliable and friendly place to handle my shipping needs. Highly recommend!

  I was pleased to learn that this store was opening near me, as I have many amazon returns, occasionally ship items and require printing services. I have visited the store several times and found most of the staff to be helpful, fast, and courteous. However, my interactions with the owner have been disappointing. She appears to be inconvenienced by customer requests for assistance, and on many occasions observed her displaying a huge lack of enthusiasm and no energy. She does not proactively offer to help customers, instead opting to instruct employees to assist when they are done helping other customers or directing customers to use the self-service kiosk instead as she walks off, which is what happened to me. Following a particular experience with a print request that took far too long to fulfill, accompanied by numerous excuses, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. As a local resident, I believe that supporting businesses that provide excellent customer service is essential, but I will no longer be patronizing this establishment.
