Ms. Stacey exemplifies what the customer service experience should be about. She is friendly, knowledgeable, takes her time with her customers, and goes above and beyond to ensure her customers’ needs have been met. She treats me like a person and not another quota to fill. It is such a joy to go into the Basehor Post Office and know Ms. Stacey is there with a welcoming smile to assist me and all her customers. She is a beautiful Ray of Sunshine, very rare to find these days. Ms Stacy, I see you and appreciate you more than you know. You deserve great Recognition and Reward!!! - LCLex C.Nov 14, 20211.0Completely unlawful and corrupt. Biggest complaint is that they do not deliver mail, and even threw our mail in the ditch. Why?? All complaints are just ignored, and often, we’re treated worse for reporting an issue. What’s the point of the post office? It’s upsetting we rely so heavily on them. I feel like this is the only thing I even have power to do, leave a review. But this will likely do little to make any significant difference. Very disappointed in this post office.
