They always seemed to be closed 3-4 minutes early and that's the only time my SO can make it in to get packages. Majority of the time they shove so many packages in your small box everything is squished. Or you receive something almost a month late. Update: called the PO again and was able to talk to higher up she was wonderful to speak with! Updating rating just because of that interaction, I'm really happy to know she's the one in charge and trying to make the PO better. Thank you
