- MRMichelle ReganFeb 25, 20202.0I've been calling this post office for over an hour and no one answers the phone. In previous times I've always had someone answer. I have been in the post office and heard the phone ring from way out in the lobby so you know they are just ignoring it! Calling the main customer service line won't do you any good if they can't confirm whether or not your package accidentally left with a carrier (when they been advise there is not a mailbox and no mail is to be delivered to the physical address or whether they accidental put the locker key in someone else po box! I don't like answering my phone at my business but ya know it's your job!
