To the point that the office is holding our mail and not bothering to notify us that is what they are doing. The way this office handles issues is ridiculous, and hopefully their higher ups will do something to address that.

There has been multiple times I have came home with my mailbox lid not being closed and I know its them not closing it all the way because I know how it can get stuck. It shouldn't matter if you have to take an extra 3 seconds to push a little harder and close the lid. My mail has blown out and I found it a little down the road. Hopefully I had found it all. I'm very disappointed that the carriers can't spend an extra couple seconds to close a lid, since delivering mail is their job. It's not delivered if it was blown away from the negligence.
