It happens so frequently that we are certain he is doing it on purpose. Basically found a way to steal packages. The manager says there is nothing they can do and that is absurd. The sender of a package should not be responsible for a package being misplaced. Once... meh, these things happens. Twice.... guy needs to pay attention. More than that....? He found a way to get away with stealing people's packages. The sanctity of this institution is broken in Arkansas City.

I told her I had my tracking numbers but all she was concerned about was the size of the package. This post office is lousy.
