- ZSZebariah SheltonAug 26, 20251.0Zero integrity. On multiple occasions our carrier has delivered our packages to the wrong address and says they can't be recovered. It happens so frequently that we are certain he is doing it on purpose. Basically found a way to steal packages. The manager says there is nothing they can do and that is absurd. The sender of a package should not be responsible for a package being misplaced. Once... meh, these things happens. Twice.... guy needs to pay attention. More than that....? He found a way to get away with stealing people's packages. The sanctity of this institution is broken in Arkansas City.

We've complained in the post office and they said they'd "have a talk" with our driver. But our driver is still shoving packages in the mailbox and bending items that are too big to fit to make them. We'll be filling out a formal complaint as well.
