Zero integrity. On multiple occasions our carrier has delivered our packages to the wrong address and says they can't be recovered. It happens so frequently that we are certain he is doing it on purpose. Basically found a way to steal packages. The manager says there is nothing they can do and that is absurd. The sender of a package should not be responsible for a package being misplaced. Once... meh, these things happens. Twice.... guy needs to pay attention. More than that....? He found a way to get away with stealing people's packages. The sanctity of this institution is broken in Arkansas City.

Could not find my package even though USPS web sight claimed it was at the Ark city Post Office. I feel that the lady that "helped" me was not really looking. I told her I had my tracking numbers but all she was concerned about was the size of the package. This post office is lousy.
