- LLLykun GG (LykunGG)Nov 26, 20213.0Their staff have always been friendly and helpful with getting packages sent out, or collecting my packages if the carrier left without it. However, I don't feel they help customers get the cheapest tracking options, you have to already know what you want, or they'll get more money out of you in the long run. It's also difficult to contact a human over the phone here.
