- PWpuppy whispersAug 20, 20251.0The mail carrier broke our mailbox, which caused our mail to be damaged. The staff is rude and unprofessional. After informing the staff of the mail carrier breaking our mailbox, "Tess" is now harrassing us about where our mailbox is stationed. It has been in the same position for over 35 years, and never once have we received a notice about the mailbox being too close to the road. None of our neighbors have been told to move their post placement, and ours is aligned with our neighbors. Now that the carrier broke it, I was also given a notice to fix it. I have reported this to the Butler County Sheriff office and filed a police report. I will be contacting an attorney about this as well. Stop harassing us. We have lived here for over 30 years, and have never had a problem till the carrier broke our mailbox.

- GRGhost RisesDec 1, 20221.0Another sorry Post Office. Imagine that! Amazon, UPS & Fed Ex can bring your packages to your door, but not this post office. They put them by the garage where u can easily miss & not know the packages got delivered. It's always a fill in driver too because the regular mail lady is always out for one reason or another. People have no pride in their work anymore. And this past summer one of the mail carriers was too lazy to get out of the car to deliver mail to the mailbox because a car was parked out there. So they just drive all in my yard and over my sprinkler heads just because they were too lazy to get out of the mail truck. When they have to deliver Amazon packages- they all of a sudden don't know where your address is. I have no doubt these people are nice, but nice doesn't translate to competent work. I would give this Post Office 0 stars if I could. PS- this Post Office doesn't honor Amazon Prime shipping. Contact Amazon & demand they stop using USPS or get your money back for Prime shipping every time your Amazon package is late because of USPS.
