Out of those letters, mailed on December 12th (10 days ago!), I'm now finding out 2 in Fishers, 3 in Indianapolis and 2 from Yorktown have not been delivered. That's 22% failure. Seriously? Where are those letters? I've been replacing them and driving to hand deliver them. Totally unacceptable, especially since they put the postage on them. I know the appropriate postage was placed on each one.
