I had my flag up with mail in it for over a week and they continued to drive past until I came in to notify them that no one was stopping to retrieve or drop off my mail. I made a second trip to the post office to ask where my mail is, no one helped to resolve the situation and I still have not received a call back from them to explain where my mail is!!! I am very disappointed Woodburn post office!
