You would get a better rating if you just put the mail in the box. I didn't ask for a hold. Do your job. Quit being lazy.

The discrimination that came from this post office yesterday, 2/28/24, is wild. 10/10 do not recommend. I am a black woman, who needed to get my certified letters, they ran me around for 20 minutes because they were addressed to the people I was paying, okay cool, I can provide the documentation proving I need them. They would NOT accept my documentation, didn’t even give it a chance actually. The POST MASTER (Toni Taylor) wanted the company to call and say the letters could be released to me. (I was on the phone with the company, she wouldn’t talk to the woman on my phone). They let the phone ring and ring and ring while the woman called to the point that she called me back and said they aren’t answering. All three people were standing there while the phone rang, and not one answered it. I told her to try again and I’d let them know. So I go back up to the counter on where Annette and Sarah are standing, and when the phone starts ringing, Annette told Sarah to leave it. Sarah eventually answered it, but then hung up when trying to place her on hold? Idk, they both laughed and said “they’ll call back”. They eventually picked up or called back, whatever and told her she had to pick them up….. what? Fast forward to the closing of what I was needing to do and the (white) woman that had to pick my letters up says “they didn’t even ask me for identification, they just gave them to me.” While I was there I heard them talking about me the whole time and how my name wasn’t on them (if they would have opened them, my name was right under the payee’s). They had attitudes with me from the moment I walked in trying to get my stuff and I started off very polite so I feel the attitudes were not necessary.
