Once bought a item as small as a key drove right past my house and said item was available for pickup at the office i should not have to drive to the office bc they ate too lazy to put something in my mailbox that is not even blocked by anything

Very disappointed with the way I was treated today and they seemed like they were more focused on the fact they were closing soon then helping. A job is more than a paycheck. I will drive 30 mins to a nearby post office before I EVER visit here again.
