Absolutely horrible staff. Hours are very weird & everyone is complicated. They didn’t deliver my key to get into my mailbox and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Just give me my package?

Lazy and full of excuses. Always a problem. They said the new person couldn't find the big giant mailbox for our neighborhood. Hahahah there is one street and 20 houses in my division. I can't even begin to understand this level of incompetence and lack of problem solving for people not getting mail over a week.

The gentleman there was extremely efficient and polite, and the facilities were small but effective in delivering routine mailing services. Many of those who review such places as this only do so when they've had a negative experience, but I contend that the majority of experiences with this USPS location should be positive, especially with the employees with whom I worked today.

Terrible. Didn't deliver a package but asked to sign the slip and return the next day, which hasn't happened. Package three days late as a result. No wonder USPS is dying.

I understand delivering mail can be a tedious and tiring job, but we've constantly been told our mailbox is blocked. We have cameras outside our house and aren't afraid to dispute or bring disciplinary action to those involved in not bringing a positive solution to the matter. MULTIPLE TIMES we've had drivers just driving by without delivering mail because our house is the last on the street. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
