Hahahah there is one street and 20 houses in my division. I can't even begin to understand this level of incompetence and lack of problem solving for people not getting mail over a week.

We have cameras outside our house and aren't afraid to dispute or bring disciplinary action to those involved in not bringing a positive solution to the matter. MULTIPLE TIMES we've had drivers just driving by without delivering mail because our house is the last on the street. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
