  Friendly and good communication, especially via email, no complaints. The quality of work and price were exceptional. Offered proofs, had a nice back-and-forth on design. For a gift, and the receiver loved it to death, was very impressed, as was I. Excellent work and excellent communication at a great price, what more do you need?
