She acts like your a nuisance when you need to ship a package or pick up a package. I've never been so disrespected by a postal worker in my life. The other blonde lady with the glasses is very courteous and respectful and very helpful. At least they have one decent human being working there but that elderly brunette lady is just awful to deal with.
